 Short breaks & Long Weekends available; bookable in advance, charged at a minimum of £118, or 2 nights at 60%, 3 nights at 70%, 4 nights at 80% and 5 nights and over at 100% of the advertised weekly price, which ever is the greater.

CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR HOLIDAY DATES ARE FLEXIBLE: Please Enquire.

Abbreviations: D=double bed, T=twin beds, S=single bed, B=bunk bed.

A set of linen & towels, all power, central heating (mid-Sep to 1 Jun), hot water and lighting are inclusive to the weekly price.

Pets Welcome: A charge of £18 per week is made for a dog / cat, (except Guide & police dogs) up to a maximum of 2 pets at £27 per week.

Cots and High Chairs: These are available at no extra cost, please request on booking form.

Occasional Beds: These are available for some cottages, for example, for a child to share a room. These should be pre-ordered and will be made up, with linen and additional towels provided, at a charge of £20 per week, please enquire.

Improvements: Cottages are continually undergoing refurbishment . Minor details may vary from those advertised.

Real Fires: The Farmhouse, Ploughman’s, Gamekeeper's and Dairymaid’s cottages have real wood burning fires / stoves (first basket of logs included); logs available.

Additional Heating: between 0930-1220, 1320-1620, 1015-0020 is available at £30 per cottage week/ per rata.

Advance Bookings: Bookings made 12 months in advance are made at this year's prices!
