You can make your reservation by letter, telephone, fax or e-mail, which we will hold for 6 days pending the receipt of the Booking Form and deposit. You should then complete the Booking Form, filling in your needs including cots, pets, highchairs, occasional beds and any special requirements, and post it first class together with your initial payment which should consist of the deposit of not less than 25% (one quarter) of the total holiday charge. However, if you are booking within 8 weeks of commencement date of your holiday you should send the full amount.

On receipt of the Booking Form and payment we will confirm your reservation in writing. The balance will then be payable 8 weeks before arrival. The balance can be taken automatically at 8 weeks if you wish us to do so.

On receipt of your final payment we will acknowledge receipt and send you arrival details and precise directions of how to get to Tremaine Green.

Insurance -Hirers are liable for full costs of confirmed bookings. For your peace of mind we strongly recommend you take out holiday cancellation insurance; we will send you details of a suitable discounted scheme with the booking confirmation.

SHORT BREAK HOLIDAYS

Late Autumn, early Spring and Winter Short Breaks can be booked as far in advance as you wish. Subject to availability, Summer Christmas & New Year Short Breaks can be booked from 2 weeks prior to the holiday start date (see Booking Form).
