Inclusive Tariffs

Linen & towels, all power, central heating (third week of September to first week of June), hot water and Electricity are inclusive to the weekly price.

Christmas & New Year

Dates are flexible, includes full central heating:
    XMAS: Minimum of 5-nights let.
    NEW YEAR: Minumum of 3-nights let.

Pets Welcome

A charge of £20 per week is made for a dog / cat, (except Guide & police dogs) up to a maximum of 2 pets at £30 per week. Most exotic pets welcome - please enquire.

Cots and High Chairs

These are available at no extra cost, please request on Booking Form.

Occasional Beds

These are available for some cottages, for example, for a child to share a room. These should be pre-ordered and will be made up, with linen and additional towels provided, at a charge of £20 per week, please enquire.

Improvements

Cottages are continually undergoing refurbishment . Minor details may vary from those advertised.

Real Fires

The Farmhouse, Ploughman’s, Gamekeeper's, Dairymaid’s and  Gardener's cottages have real wood burning fires / stoves (first basket of logs included); logs available.

Heating

Standard: 0650-0930, 1220-1320, 1620-2215 hrs is inclusive from 3'rd week of Sep - 1'st week of Jun.   From 1'st week of Jun  up to 3'rd week of Sep it is £50 per week, available on request.

Additional Heating

Between 0930-1220, 1320-1620, 1015-0020 is available at £45 per cottage week / per rata.

Bookings made 12 months in advance are made at this year's prices!
